About Us.

Our Great Danes are raised in our home, on our couches and with their heads on our pillows. They are a part of our family and this approach is what makes Lampe Danes unique. Our dogs are true family members. We breed occasionally mainly to add a new puppy to our family to show and work performance sports for our enjoyment. We strive to make each generation better than the last by carefully selecting breeding partners.  Lampe Danes continue to produce sound and healthy dogs with excellent temperaments as they are bred first and foremost as loyal family companions. Additionally, they show to excel in conformation, obedience, rally, agility, lure coursing and dock diving.  Some of the later being very unique for the breed.
